Okay torrent. Only down side is that it is compressed (I uploaded a non-compressed version for anyone who wants it). The quality of both of the is pretty good.

The "compressed" file is actually slightly larger than the avi file, instead of being smaller. That is one of several reasons that I uploaded an uncompressed copy of the avi file.
