Download MagicDisc (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-history.htm). Use this to 'mount' the .iso files.
I unzipped the first .iso (SC4DELUXE1) and ran the installation (AutoRun.exe), but then it asked me for disc 2 half-way through the setup. When this happens, use the MagicDisc program to mount the second .iso (SC4DELUXE2). Basically, this makes your computer think it has the disc and the installation continues through to completion.
You mount the .iso file by opening the MagicDisc program, right-click on the icon on your taskbar (bottom-right). Then click 'Virtual CD/DVD-ROM' then click 'Mount'. Then find where you have the second .iso file saved. Once you complete this, go back to the installation and click OK. It should continue automatically.
Once installation is complete, you still need to copy the crack file to the directory (as in the instructions). Make sure you only copy the 'SC4.exe' file and NOT the entire crack folder. Run the game via this copied crack file.
This guide was written so that it can be understood by human beings, as opposed to just confusing the fuck out of anyone who reads it. If you can't follow this guide then GTFO.
One final gem of information for you: if you are playing the game and you can't get the monorail stations or train staions to connect to the tracks, simply put all the graphics settings to the max and restart the game.

Pay attention to the top comment if you're new to game torrents. Although personally I prefer Daemon Tools Lite I suppose MagicDisc works though I don't have experience with it.
