can i reduce space on D which is 190gb and add the reduced spaced to C for short ill decrease space from D and add it to C, without reformatting

The false positive didn't hold true in this case...first thing I opened was Paragon and Instantly started getting popups and b/s all over my computer...I dont know what these people are talking about, but thumbs down to all of the sorry thumb uppers!
