this is the Expansion of The elder scrolls IV Oblivion. It will create an island, and a portal, so you can play a new place... this works, and is totally worth it

Open the file named 'rld-otsi.r00' with Winrar / 7z / whatever to open it. There should be an .iso of Shimmering Isles. Extract that to where ever you want, then mount the image and install.

Correction, open the file "rld-otsi". "rld-otsi.r00" is not an RAR file type. "rld-otsi" is RAR file type which is the one needed for extracting and for mounting the image and installing. You're welcome!
