Vincent Price plays Dr. Robert Morgan, the only survivor of a devastating global plague which has turned the the dead into zombie/vampire things. Based on the book "I am Legend" by Richard Matheson, a book which also inspired George Romero's classic "Night of the Living Dead".

Although the USA print carries a 1963 copyright statement, there is no record of this film ever being copyrighted. It is in the Public Domain.
