John Klein en zijn vrouw zijn betrokken bij een auto ongeluk, hij is zelf ongedeerd maar zijn
vrouw heeft het over een motachtige ding wat ze zag en overlijdt.
Na haar dood gaat John een onderzoek beginnen over deze genoemde Mothman. Het leidt hem naar een
klein dorpje, Point Pleasant in West Virginia. Hier ontdekt hij iets wat het zelfde lijkt te zijn
als wat zijn vrouw bedoelde. Hij ontmoet een vrouw, Connie Mills, terwijl hij bezig is het
mysterie te ontrafelen om erachter te komen wat de Mothman echt is.

Careful! Just like it says, this one has Dutch subtitles hard burned in -- you can't turn them off.
