You will need:

Blank DVD R disc
DVD recorder
PS2 with modchip
DVD Decrypter
This torrent downloaded on your computer

Insert your blank DVD into your DVD recorder and open up DVD Decrypter.
Click Mode which is in between View and Mode, go to ISO and make sure it is on Write.
Under Source browse for the ISO file you downloaded from this torrent and it should say THE_SIMPSONS_HIT_AND_RUN.ISO.
Under the description where all the writing is, make sure your Write Speed is on 2.4x.
Now hit the Write button which looks like a Hard drive with an arrow pointing at a CD.
Wait for it to finish, once finished eject disc, insert into PS2 with modchip.

Hit and Run has all new driving features where you can handbreak and do drifts. Play as one of the Simpsons and wonder all around Springfield doing missions and going crazy. Do missions for other characters from Millhouse to Mr. Burns to Barney.
