If having problems on windows 7 right click the theme hospital shortcut or executable click the compatibilty tab and from the dropdown box select "windows xp service pack 2" then check the "disable desktop composition" box and click apply. Enjoy the game! thanks uploader :)

i cant get it to install as it wont work with the 64 bit!!! I dont get the instructions given as i have no theme hospital folder or files yet as it wont install

With Windows 7 copy the "HOSP" folder to your C drive, then just use WINMAIN (green cross icon) in the HOSP folder to open it
