it says that the app. is damaged and that i should move it to trash... i have followed all the steps ... wtf?

after i go through all the steps it's giving me an error that "Tomb Raider Underworld" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to trash.
Have anyone faced a similar problem? What should I do??
