TubeBlasterPro v1.1.6 Patch

This is only the patching file for this program. And a fair warning, you'll need the updated version of TubeBlaster Pro. I don't think v1.16 will cut it since once you activate it it immediately tell you to update. But to those who needed it, enjoy!
