Description

Play Instructions:

Install the game - Full Installation.
Replace the original TYCOONCITY.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.
Extract the PATCH.EXE Patch from the File Archive to the game directory.
Execute the Patch to apply the Fix to: TYCOONCITY.EXE
Play the Game!

Note: Use this PlayFix if the Proper No-CD/Fixed EXE from RELOADED still fails to work!
