Undercover Brother est un agent secret, amateur de funk et de
jolies filles. Une nouvelle drogue hallucinogène vient de faire son apparition. Le mouvement
B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. appelle à la rescousse cet agent à la coupe afro pour éradiquer le gang qui
fabrique une telle substance.

Lui et sa partenaire Sistah Girl s'infiltrent dans ce groupe de criminels, mais l'un des membres, Mr. Feather,
découvre leur véritable identité. Ce dernier fait alors appel à la somptueuse et sculpturale
Penelope Snow pour se débarrasser de Undercover Brother.
