I just wanted to say i think the file doesn't fit on your USB stick because one single file on a USB can be 4GB max. The only thing you can do is format your USB and you chose 'NTFS' instead of FAT32 (which it is now) However with NTFS you can't play a movie on you PS3 system, because he will not find the file :) i've got the same problem so...
