Italy has BLOCKED KAT by acting at DNS Level in order to prevent Italian residents form accessing KickAssTorrents.
Although it's really easy to avoid this kind of blockage, users with proprietary routers should be prepared since, in most cases, they could not change the default DNS for their connection, thus being easily traceable by their host.
