For those of you getting the maximum activations exceeded error the solution is easy.
1. Press Win+Q to open App search.
2. Search for SLUI 04 and open it.
3. Call the number and answer the nice robots questions..
4. PROFIT!
It's completely automated and you won't have to talk to a support agent. As a side note it will activate fine using either of the two original keys so don't worry about trying to switch to the first key.

The first time I tried it, it didn't work. The automated system told me that it could locate the numbers that I entered, so I backed out of the activation screen and tried it again. This time my computer gave me a different set of activation numbers, and when I entered those in it worked the 2nd time around.

Here'e my two cents. One would think the idea of the exe file style is to keep all the files together... but that can be done with zip also. So maybe it's got to be advertising of some kind...? hmm, to sell something to someone? Either way, to put something on here that needs a password to even be opened up? AND, not given by the up-loader? well that's just silly. Hey up-loader, can you help enlighten me on this conundrum?
Differences between OEM, RTM, RC and Retail OEM: “Original Equipment Manufacturing”. Windows 8 OEM is the edition which comes preinstalled on a computer. So when you buy a PC, the OS edition that you’ll get is this one. The OEM has the same capabilities as the Retail. RTM: “Release to Manufacturing”. Windows 8 RTM is an edition that is no longer in the development stage, but not released to customers yet. RC: “Release Candidate”. Exactly what it means, this edition comes right before the RTM. Different version of the RC are indicated by rc1, rc2 and so on. Retail: The final one, is the Retail. This edition is the same as the OEM, but it’s not preinstalled and sold separately in a box, usually at a higher price. You should buy it only if you have a computer that doesn't have any OS installed, maybe because you’re building it yourself. Confusing? No, it isn't, it’s technology.

You don't have to install anything! Just extract the iso with winrar or something and open the extracted folder. Go to the only folder that's in the extracted files and then navigate to buttons, android, applications. Cut all apps out of there and place them into a new folder and delete everything else that was in that iso extraction including the iso it's self. Why this was done this way is beyond me but oh well, good up :) If this file is to stay in circulation with a good seed ratio, it needs to be re-up'ed by the uploader.
Only thing i would say is, there are wwaayy too many little programs running in the back ground. maybe have an option to install such applications. Hell, even go as far as to include screen shots for said application add-on. haha, see the word play? Yeah, call it "Add-On's" lol I'm so funny at 4:07am :)
