hello guys just a little info about my meditation progress, avoid eating fresh parsley or coriander and tomato seed they are poisonous very bad for stomach even cause internal bleeding. same as rice which cause constipation and internal bleeding because of an element called cyanide which is acidic very hard for body to break. that's why I never eat rice and since then I never had any problem make sure to spread the message
