Cheers doc! sorry for the late response , just noticed it buddy! Its been a tuff year im counting on 2012 :) - my resolution is to stick with working out, i found a boxing gym (i love boxing, i used to as a kid - up until chohn's rocked my socks) but between eating right, and just staying active with the workout boxing entails (minus all the fun inside the ring of course, something im still getting used to) i feel as if im on to something regarding overall health and quality of happineness , life, etc... exercising is nothing new, and something i should have been doing, but i guess when i look at it from the boxing viewpoint, ive recaptured an old love :) Cheers mate, hope all is great for the new year for your - best of health!@
