WORKDONE:

Ok we were lucky enough to be given some nice 720p file for this to work with .....still had a fair
amount of issues but better having source files.
ANyway the video was full of noise and had loads of glares and brightness levels way too high,which made
the noise stand out even more....
So ....what we did was made a script to crop,resize,heavy noise filter and dropped that into vdub.From there
there was still alot of noise so opted to run a HQ smoother over it and made it darker by changing the contrast
and brightness levels.Also used a RGB EQ to balance out the colours.
Audio we stripped off recodem8\'s release and and had to resync it in parts as in was oos in 3 places ranging from
-100 - -350ms.
