ah ... and before i forget...:

you have to close all apps that COULD use your webcam (MSN/ICQ/any Browser/...) BEFORE you start installing!
otherwise you could run into problems with the virtual "webcam" driver that WebcamMax is trying to install. just for your information.
and BTW: you HAVE TO reb00t after installing Webcammax! just as a warning.
if you don't, your WebcamMax will NOT work.
