em using it right now and it is completely awesome application just changed my winxp to windows 7. actually what you have to do is to download this file then unzip it u'll find 1 folder. paste this folder to C:WINDOWS
esourcesThemes. then open the copied folder and double click the file "SEVEN" this will add it to the windows themes. for using right click at desktop. go to the appearance tab and under windows and buttons tab u'll find your theme. this is it!!
